Cancellation window
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a booked service are eligible for full refund or rescheduling.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours may receive partial credit based on preparation time already allocated.
No-show handling
If no attendance or communication occurs at scheduled time, the booking may be marked as completed for billing purposes.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
